Iona Updated for Migal’s Housecarl Beauties

I recently learned Iona 3.01 in Migal’s Housecarl Beauties had a corrupted NIF file in the download and could cause a CTD.  I have fixed it.  Her 3.02 update can be downloaded from the MHB mod page.
